Flash Designer
You eat, breathe and sleep Flash. You take pride in knowing AS2/AS3, but realize there is always something new to learn, so you are constantly experimenting and are on the bleeding edge of what's new with Flash. Your Flash developer skills are rivaled only by your ability to create beautiful and clever designs that execute your animations and applications. You have a creative mind, an attention to detail, and laugh in the face of challenging projects. Ability to make Flash talk to server side code like PHP is a plus. At least 2-3 years experience preferred.

Art Director
You have the ability to think strategically and creatively, regardless of medium. Some of your best work started off as a sketch on a napkin. You can mentor designers to be better thinkers, but you can execute expert level graphic design on your own. In fact, you can take an idea from concept to completion, pushing every pixel and writing every line of code. You love the fact that you can produce high level thinking, and execute all the way down to the XHTML/CSS. You can manage the entire process, and you can present your work to clients with confidence and thick-skin. At least 3-5 years experience preferred. Interested? Copywriter
You're a wordsmith. You can do it all, from ads, to Web site copy, e-mail, tag lines. You especially understand that crafting the perfect word for the digital and interactive world takes a focused consideration that other media may not. You can come up with the big idea, work with art directors and designers to execute, and can present work to clients. At least 2-4 years experience preferred.

Project Manager
You keep the trains running. You are a process junkie, and are able to communicate effectively to both internal staff as well as clients. The work and information flows smoothly on your watch. You can develop timelines, budgets, and workflows, and know the details of your projects so well that you are borderline OVER-organized. But we won't make fun of you for it. At least 2-4 years experience preferred.
